Hey! She's wearing body paint. LOL

I just started cycling with the guy. He's an avid cyclist and can be found riding the bike trail 3-4 times a week. When I first met him he was riding 500-600 miles a week, but its hard to maintain a girlfriend with that kind of schedule so he's cut it down to about 200 miles a week. Sheesh. I'm not even remotely close to keeping up with him, but I enjoy the time out riding. The one thing I didn't anticipate was the upper body (mainly shoulders) workout. I expected my legs to be noodles, but it turns out holding myself up has become more of a challenge. LOL

I have to admit that the spandex cyclists wear is a total turn on. They don't leave much to the imagination. *rawr*

Indeed! Yeah, a lot of folks don't realize that cycling is more than just legs and cardio...lots of core muscles get used more than one might expect, especially on the trails! Keep up the cycling, though...it's a good workout, and a good way of life.
