 Actually, if you're on a boat that sinks in the middle of the ocean, knowing how to swim just lengthens the time till you die.

It certainly is a romantic plan, but I suppose that when it is all said and done, I'm very much too much of a realist to just “chuck it all”.

 One thing that never entered my mind or had the slightest appeal to me at all
while I have been putting together my Tour of some of Frank Lloyd Wrights
Greater accomplishments back east.Visiting and paying homage to the thousands and thousands of people that paid the ultimate price for what we
have today.That war between ourselves.It will include 6 states 14 structures
6 battle grounds and culminating with Gettysburg.

That will give me a better Idea of how appealing it will or won't be to do the
"then came bronson"living arrangement. Besides everyone is moving to the southwest and I don't want to lose my place.Hell the only natural disaster
we 're threatened with out here is the fed and the border and Maybe the astronomical green fees!You got your heater and I got my A C !

 Maybe not a house boat but an RV sounds like fun. You could do the RV travel around the US with your dogs. There is a program through the national park system where people volunteer for a few weeks at a park and they can park their RV on site for free. I think that could be enjoyable. Learn history and travel. The fort around the corner from our house has such a program.

Humm RV does sound fun. I knew someone who did that actually. They traveled between Texas and Chicago every year. RV's really can have all the comforts of "home" anymore, so really wouldn't be to big of an issue other than finding places to hook up the RV at times.

I hadn't thought of the national park system, around here there are camp hosts, but they tend to be people who live in houses around the park or people who have camped there for years.
