Somehow I managed to get through the holiday season without gaining a bunch of weight. Yay! But it seems lately I'm slipping and I notice some extra fluff returning. Now granted I have been less than motivated and not working with my personal trainer like I should, but still...why is it so hard to take off and so easy to put on?
Ugh!
Oh well, I guess I have to get myself motivated and start moving more, eating a little less.

But not til next week LOL
