the old is new.... I bought a push mower. no electric. no gas. just human power...lol my brother is helping me move stuff to the new house. finds the push mower and mows my front yard...lol now it was raining today...so not a problem. push mower doesn't care... i kept going come on we have other things to do but nope... brother is like a with a new toy and wont stop until entire front yard is mowed. |

Not a big fan of those things. I used them as a kid. It was very heavy and difficult to push, not at all like the ones you buy these days. Of course it doesn't help that I am allergic to grass.   The perversity of the universe is unbounded.

velvt, Hey, even though the newer ones are much lighter and easier to use they still provide an excellent work-out. It makes for a functional way to burn off a little steam as well.  I get a laugh seeing some people, many of which who could use the excercise any type of push-mower would provide, with riding mowers so large that they can barely fit around the lawn.
