The Gym

I have written in the past here about health issues in my blog. I know in the last year and a half I have made changes on my eating habits . So I decided to make another change here on going to the gym and loose some weight. I have lost considerable amount of weight and still loosing some more. To some out their had liked me before the change and others are enjoying the change. To those enjoying the change i am glad here. I have been working real hard to improve the way I look. I am pleased to say I do feel better in loosing my weight in lot of ways.
I have to say I am busy doing fitness classes, using the machines, and using the weights. I have to say it is not easy doing these things but I do them because of wanting to improve my health more than anything. I just want to make some small mention here on looks here please do not judge others here until you been in their shoes do not judge or make rude comments because it may effect others mental health and well being. I have been hurt on somethings here that has happen here on this site because of my weight problem it would be wise just to keep your thoughts to yourself. Just being thoughtful on the matter.

 Beauty comes in many forms. One can be the most beautiful person in the world, but have a horrible personality. I would much rather associate with a person who has a beautiful personality that I can connect with such as yourself, Roxy. You are beautiful and sexy inside and out.

 I think as we age it is important to try to stay active. Certainly it is commendable to be actively working on staying healthy. I try to get to the gym when I can sometimes putting in long hours or other commitments seem to get in the way.

I saw you had a leg injury in one of your photos. I had a tough year with injuries and some of them have really slowed my roll with going to the gym. But even if you squeeze in just a few minutes a day I think it all counts and helps.
