Bi-sexuals in Heterol sexuL relationships

Want to get a discussion group going here. Want to discuss feeling, regrets, guilt. Was married for 23 years and am currently in 25 year same household relationship with another woman. About year 7 in the marriage I started seeing others casually, mostly men and some woman. This continues today. Have been caught in the past. The pain, depression and shame from this behavior has taken an enormous toil on my life and self esteem. Would like to here from others caught in this evil trap.

 I'm suppressed bicurious. Really want a man but the guilt, etc you mention are debilitating.
