IS A BLACK OPS PROGRAM BEING USED IN CALIFORNIA ?

Anyone who reads and watches the news on the flat screen is probably aware that California is undergoing an extreme drought.

The Pacific Ocean is just a few miles to our West, but the fresh water SUPPLY from lack of rain over the past decade, has been reduced to drops, and not the normal flow. A few desalinization plants along the 800 mile coast of California are in the planning stages, and a couple of these plants, copied on the Israeli method, are in construction as I write this....but...

Because taking water from the ocean, and removing the salt and impurities, is a costly, involved process. Desalinization will probably never be able to supply the fresh water California needs.

So what's the answer? Because 1/2 of all the fresh vegetables used in the U.S. come from the the fertile soil and ideal temperature found in the central valley of California, I believe a Black Ops Government Program is now underway to bend the Jet Stream and Magnetic Flux of the earth causing the atmosphere to bring in moisture in the form of rainfall to our state.

The ability of weather scientists to actually DO this has been written about for the past 20 years. Because of the completely abnormal weather this month of May experienced throughout California, with 3 separate storms arriving each of the past 3 weeks, I think it's very possible a Black Ops Program is now using California as it's first real life experiment.

What do you think? Do you believe science and technology will soon be able to control the weather in places all over the globe as I do... Or not? If so, what could be the downside of this manipulation of Earth's rainfall?

My place has survived two earthquakes while I've lived here. The first was a 7.4 and the second was a 7.2.. The BIG one that the scientists have been predicting will supposedly be over 8. I certainly don't look forward to THAT happening, but I think most of us out here in Calif. will probably survive it. And.. Heart C. if it happens we'll at least not freeze to death when our houses fall down. lol. love, David.

 I hear you David. I been watching the news and I am sure we will have the same problem this summer in BC. We didn't get a winter.. Without snow the rivers will run dry. The salmon will have be truck up stream again. It does really suck. Food prices will go up .. You guys are hit the hardest! hugsssssssssss V
