WHOOPS ! Texas got Californian's share of the Black Ops rain!

Well, what can we expect? It's a new process. One hundred years from now if the human race is able to survive and persevere in the technological progress it now is routinely making, Weather and Climate manipulation on this planet will be routine.

Texas has been in a worse drought than California (until now), with areas in that state not seeing any rain for over ten years... Now, today, some houses in those areas are floating down ravines.. I anticipate California will shortly follow in a deluge of too much rain.

Nature seems to be sensitive to Man's stroking HER underbelly! But, of course that fact won't stop inquisitive man from continuing the tickle on HER underside.

 Well, Of course you know how nutty I am, but I think the Genie is out of the bottle when it comes to manipulating the weather. During the coming decade I think a lot of information on just how it's being done will be exposed, and huge debates--and arguments--between countries will ensue.... dave

Just Mother Nature telling Texas to quit being such idiots.
