I learned several things in the ARMY and my working career,but the one that always stood out in both was RESPECT for people and myself

 I agree, but with government jobs that can be tough as you know, there's a right way, a wrong way and THEIR way!!!

 Government agencies have 'their way', may not be right, might not make sense,
probably not the best way, but somebody imposed it on us to follow.
