I am a firm believer the orgasm is created in the mind. I think ,and correct me if I missed this, since she could see what was going on and hear what was going on it may have actually taken a bit away from the sensory feedback of the subjects nerve endings. Might I suggest a blindfold and the fitted wax earplugs so the subject will not see where you are or what you are using on her or hear what you are going to do.
