Ladies, I need your advise, Please

Ladies,
I have been on cam several times over the last few weeks and I find myself being watched by more males THAN the females. I have even been in the chat room GIRLS watching GUYS on CAM and still more guys watching.
So ladies I would love to recieve your advise on how to get more ladies to watch and have some fun with you in the process.
