Pic on the right was taken b4 Xmas 20.12.2014 (79kg)

Went on a weight loss program mid Mar till mid Jun 2014...

So its 6 months on and no rebound!!! Working on my ABS now!!! 6 pack soon perhaps!!! Hahaha

Well... 3 months after my weight loss program ended... I did a full medical check-up n my Doc officially lifted me off my High Blood Pressure n High Cholesterol medications (which I have been taking for the past 3 years!!!)
