Friends??? I think not.....

Friends??? I think not..... Well it seems as though things have gotten pretty intense around here. In the last 2 weeks, I've seen gossip, lying, drama, and BS. I've realized several things: 1. People who say they are your friends most likely aren't, they usually have an alterior motive of some kind. 2. When I try to be nice and help out a friend, I find out that they really didn't want my help and couldn't be honest enough to just tell me. 3. I cant trust some who have said they were my friends because as soon as I start talking to them they start talking s*@t about others. 4. I watch people play stupid games in the chat room, bringing their drama s*@t into chat (BTW, if you were really trying to address it with the person you are pissed at you would be doing it on IM where it's private and no one else would have to deal with it). With all these things said, I guess thinking that some were my friends that I was sadly mistaken. I have taken several steps back and realized that I was taking this whole thing far too seriously, and have trusted far too many people; that is my fault and I take ownership of that one. My result, is that I have decided to take a break from the whole thing. I won't be spending as much time in the chat room, because frankly my BS meter is maxed out. My true friends know how to find me, and those true friends can and will be honest with me regardless of the situation. Maybe after some time off I can come back and say hi to a few people. I'll still be checking my mail here, and of course I'm always available to friends on IM. At any rate, hope everyone can at least try and play nice....CIAO!! 2SXYLIPS |

I know what ya mean sweetie...for me there is a major difference on real friends, and pretend friends...sorry but i dont label anyone a friend just cause we chat and hang out a few times at a mutual event...i have friends ive known most of my life..some only a few months. Im picky who i call a real friend...im polite to everyone, i'll chat with them like we are friends, but they arent...maybe im just a different breed of person. No fear, the Alpha W ) L F is here!

Yea I'm tired of keeping it in too hehe.....tired of being the one who doesnt rock the boat and always keeps her mouth shut....Im thinking a few people wont like the new and improved me.....HA! 2SXYLIPS

Well I hope that you don't forget the ones who consider you thier friends who don't know how to get ahold of you. Sure would hate to loose contact with you.

2sxy...I for one have made some life long friends from this site. It takes time to get to know someone for who they truly are. Have I had sex with anyone from this site..sure..would I again..definitely, we all make a "to do" list, but I'm mainly here for fun, meet new friends and charish those that I bring close in my circle, and trust me those are few and far between, but they will always know who they are. Take your time in finding out who you want in your life, be it a friend, FWB, boyfriend, or whatever else may come to you. Oh boy...now ya got me all phylosophical (sp).....lol
