Change my mind??

OK the time has come for me to ask the question....can someone explain to me why some guys think they can change your mind if you state that you are ONLY here looking for women?

I cannot tell you how many times I've been in chat when some ignorant fool tries to hit on me and I politely tell them I am only here looking for women. Instead of being equally polite in return they get all BUTT HURT and make a comment about how they could change my mind on that......WTF?????

First of all, I am very content with my sexuality and what makes you think that I WANT to change it?

Second, if you are stupid enough to make an ASSumtion (you get the inference there LOL ) about my situation you deserve the response that you get. I am polite to a point, but if you decide to ASSume something you will be made out to be an ass and then promptly cast into the iggy bin.

I'm sorry if this sounds harsh or cruel, but I have experienced enough ignorant fools in the chat room to make me feel as if they dont deserve my being polite if they decide to make a stupid comment such as that.

Anyways, I guess I am just curious if this is really the way a lot of people think or if this is just a small sliver of the population. I have only run into a few peeps here that say this kind of stuff which tells me that it is a small sliver; but it would be nice to hear from any other bi-ladies to get some other opinions. Actually any opinion would be great to see LOL.

Seriously, the likely reason is that men aren't usually encouraged to read... how many times you see a guy with a map or manual for something? Nope, don't read them unless its a last resort... Hell, my reading attention is barely big enough to read speed limit signs.

However men that are so pushy that after being gently corrected have the hubris enough to think they are special enough to reconsider your lifestyle over... Hurt them, hurt them badly.

Don't feel badly about it either. Bi/gay guys can be just as ignorant as some of the straight ones. The men aren't the only guilty parties around here, some women don't get it either. I know you've heard some of my horror stories.

We each want certain things from a friend, lover, partner. Unfortunately others aren't as respectful as they could be, I've been guilty of it a few times myself. In some respects we are all like kids in a candy store. We like what we see, even if it's only with our minds eye, and we want a taste of it. Even if we know it may leave a bad taste in our mouth.

 All I can say is "YOU JUST CAN'T FIX STUPID". Guys are ignorent wretches. Give them a challenge, any challenge and most will jump on it just because they think they can. I know, I'm a guy. The difference is that some guy's actually respect a woman and what a woman wants, instead of trying to pry into areas that are not thiers to pry in. We are all horndogs and for some, if given the chance they will jump on anything that has legs and moves. Just politely tell them to sit down and have a nice hot cup of shut the fuck up.
