I have a question Lots of guys will page or e-mail and ask if I would like to meet right now or later that day for a quick hook up. The question is does that really work? has any guy actually e-mailed or paged a perfect stranger make that suggestion and the answer was yes? If it has, please tell me if it was good as what you thought. If it has never worked for anyone, is it just clinging to that fantasy that someday someone will say yes? I'm not judging, i just want to know because I can never envision myself doing that. Needs to be a bit of a process so i feel safe enough that I won't be sold into slavery in some breakaway republic of which no one has heard. Just wondering, that's all. Headed back to NYC this weekend, probably Saturday. School starts after labor day, but I'm an RA this year. Not looking forward to the duties of being one, but do like the free housing. |

I've only the fortunate experience to hook up twice on services like this. None were quick hook ups. I wanted to know a little bit about the women I was going to have sex with. I'd rather be safe, then stupid and get robbed or even hurt.

I never even bothered trying to use this site for a quick hook up, but I have received requests for them in the past. I only agreed to this type of request twice - one resulted with a positive experience, and the other one was a big time fiasco/disaster.

it has happened to me before, but it's never really my opening line. After talking with someone for a bit, if i get the feeling they want something at the moment i may ask if i also want it (which is usually the case lol). good luck this semester btw.

That type of move is totally without any class. Is the guy trying to get a date with a lady or a whore? You only need to pick up a phone to get a whore. Only a really desperate woman would accept a one shot deal like that. You know he's only looking to get laid as fast as he can and get out. If he were looking for more he won't be pressing to get together today!

I think the guys who do this are playing the gambler's strategy: it's a free wager, you have terrible odds, but high numbers, so with enough requests, perhaps one will hit. And people are strange, so it's gotta work sometimes. When I had my settings on guys and girls, I used to get these messages (always from guys at odd witching hours), and found them completely ridiculous. The only time I saw this work was on /Law and Order: SVU/, and Olivia went under cover to snatch a serial who was using sites like these for anonymous sex victims. In the process of finding the , they discovered that one of the suspects, not the , had AIDS and was passing it round. So, there you go, double trouble.  That Olivia Benson, she's a fox. An RA at 20?
