 My (now ex-) wife had her nipples both pierced. It hightened her sensitivity. Her nips were already very sensitive and she could often have orgasms from her nipples alone. Perhaps in her mid 30's she wanted even more. I sure as hell didn't complain.

 I don't think it matters what size you are as to whether it looks good or not. It's the reaction that you get (from a partner) and physically for yoourself that counts.
