 I find the point system to be unfair due to the fact that there are times that you are charged multiple times while you are chatting on IM, This usually happens when you are chatting with the same person. If they really want to show that they are fair with the point system, then there should be a way for the website to show you a complete breakdown of every single deduction or transaction that they took out of your balance of points. Since this is not possible for the website to do then that creates the very suspicious possibility of the website admins to manipulate the account balance that is left within your account.
