 I prefer to be trimmed only, & then sparingly. Like a trimmed head of hair, I think a guy looks better with a groomed crotch, but, again, sparingly. I don't really care for shaved crotches on men, unless that man is very special. I just think pubic hair on a guy is attractive but that's just my preference.

 I used to shave down there, for my husband. He made me shave so he could make me show it off like that. Now, our girls are entering their teens and I have to be a bit careful. There are times that we share the bathroom, and I've explained that I trim there for both, hygienic and asthetic reasons. Still, I trim fairly short!!

 I would get to much of a ribbing from the sports team if I shaved, although I have done it a couple of times. Very itchy on regrowth, but it does make the penis look a bit bigger
