Gimme Something to Believe In

First off, this is one of my favorite songs of all time! Unfortunately, this is also my state of mind when I think of my experience with Local Sexy Swingers, or any online "adult partner matching service"

Most recently, I've maintained a "silver membership" for the past 6 months and I must say that my experience has been less than satisfactory.

For starters, the people that seem to be most active (online a lot) are for the most part non-responsive. The ones that do respond talk a great game until its suggested that we meet somewhere and see what happens next, either they disappear or they are stricken by some major life calamity that prevents them leaving the house...

Not my cup of tea. I'm a real person looking for real people for real fun, not picture trading and cyber/webcam BS.

The "Groups" section is not much better. I personally believe that Local Sexy Swingers should automatically delete any group that has not been accessed or posted to in more than 90 days (I'd even vote for 30 days). Not only would it clear up a lot of space, it would give a better picture of which groups are truly active. It's been my experience that most of the Dallas/Fort Worth groups are pretty much dead. Dump them all and start over so we know which ones are worth visiting. I've posted to numerous DFW area groups and get the proverbial "crickets".

Another Local Sexy Swingers trick that is frustrating as Hell is when Local Sexy Swingers generates profiles to send out "flirts" and then when we look to respond, the profile is listed as "turned off or inactive". There are 21 of those in my "Flirt" box right now.

All in all, the online experience has been more than frustrating...Especially for a single male because almost all "adult" groups and clubs in the "outside world" are not single male friendly and finding a woman to join me in such escapades has proven to be a fruitless venture.

So if there are any "real people" out there with any thoughts, ideas, input, or suggestions that are actually pertinent, I'd like to hear them!
