Plastic Surgery as a Birthday/Christmas Present

Today, on the radio station I listen to at work, one of the morning DJ's read a news item about plastic surgery, specifically breast enhancement, was quite a popular gift in certain communities of New York & Los Angeles, and asked women who have been gifted breast enhancement surgery for their birthday or Christmas. One young woman phoned up and mentioned her boyfriend had paid for either a portion or all of her surgery (I missed that detail...stupid phone ringing...lol), for her to go from a B to a D for the princely sum of $10,500. I think it's worth stating that the caller had mentioned several times she would like this as a gift.

How many of you would accept the offer of breast enhancement surgery as a birthday or Christmas gift, how many of you would offer such a gift, how many of you would be pissed off at your partner for proposing such a gift, and how many of you would not even bother to make the offer?

All comments welcome, and just to be clear, I am not the boyfriend who offered the surgery to his girlfriend.
