何謂做自己?

何謂做自己?

保持現有的習慣，個性，就是做自己?
不聽意見，死性不改就是做自己?

做自己並非我們所說的如此單純。

所謂做自己:

1:要先了解自己。

何謂了解?
必需能夠認清自己的優缺點，
自己的所有習慣，個性
一切的一切。
才ㄎ開始慢慢了解自己。

2:尋出盲點

盲點? 自己看不到的才盲點，
別以為你真的很了解自己，
並非如此也。
聽取他人對你的看法，
多聽，多問，多做改進，少嘴硬. 。
不要妄想找出自己的盲點 ，
因為非常的難，
多問問朋友比較實在。

3:即時改變 改變就在現在。

傻傻不做改變那並不會是真正的自己，
當別人跟你提出了盲點 而你能馬上改變，
那就能夠更加完美，
不要死鴨子嘴硬，打死不承認。

若能做到這三點，
那你已經開始慢慢知道如何做真正的自己了!
接下來就要看你自己是否能夠徹悟，
把自己退向無 完美的高峰。

成就來於自己並非他人，
請多用愛看自己，
那便能發展出更多的可能。
