I am nuts

OMG how insane is this trying to quit smoking cold turkey. I know lots do it but wow I have been smoke free so fart for 1 day 19 hours and some odd minutes as of the writing of this but. the last cravings just about did me in but I survived so far. I know I will be better off for quiting and eventually all this will pass just hope I don't lose my mind in the process.

 Have something you can play with your fingers. That was always key for me as well and I ate starlight mints like they were going outta style I quit cold turkey from a 2 1/2 pack of Newports a day habit. This too shall pass

 You can do this! I did it and it has been almost 4 years. I would often stand next to smokers wishing I could have one. I would step on the elevator with the smokers to smell them. Now I am the ex-smoker that can't stand the smell.
You'll get there!
