What would you do?

You receive an email message from a member with a photo attached. You recognize the photo immediately as it belongs to another one of your friends who is no longer on the site due to personal reasons.

A little shocked, you view the profile and it seems generic but you notice the profile does not display that same picture that was sent via email. You compliment the person on their picture. They thank you and send more.

You want to call the person out and report them but how can you it’s not your picture? It’s not even displayed on their profile. Maybe you should contact your friend but remember your friend closed their account due to personal reasons.

What would you do?

At a minimum, I would call the person out, with the circumstances you describe. I hate that when a pic is stolen.

Unfortunately, it places you in a bad situation. If you try to call the person out who posted you get into a he said, she said back and forth with out being able to prove they didn't own the pic because your friend is no longer on the site. With that said each of us who get on line and post any type of imagine of ourselves run the risk of someone else using it and although there are some protections of the internet it is limited when it comes to these type issues. With that said I feel your frustrations but it is probably best left alone. Stirred up shit draws flies and that last thing you want to do is stir things and possibly make them worse. But it is nice to know some people on here have a heart and cares about others

I had the same thing happen with me. The person in the pic that was sent was someone at I'm in a relationship with. They to are no longer on this site. The sender was using her pics. I show my friend and she was mad as hell. The email was a spam and Local Sexy Swingers shut the email down before I could respond.

I think it is a pretty common occurrence. Unfortunately it is the risk everybody takes when they post a photo online, especially on a site like this. There are several bloggers on here that I KNOW are using stolen pics, but there isn't much I can do about it as I don't have the backup proof. It is a very frustrating problem when it comes to light.
