Recovery/Hospitals
Recovery/Hospitals Recovery progressing rather smoothly, no issues.........except hate not being able to drive/go anywhere on my own! Just getting into the truck is a tribulation! Still on restrictions...no BLT....no bending, lifting, twisting. Have to change positions every 20 minutes. Walk, walk, walk! No restrictions on walking, this week put 53 miles on phone/health meter! Lost 10 pounds! Hospitals.........a necessary thing for surgery/illnesses. Now, I'm certain they don't intend to make you suffer anymore than your illness makes you feel. But, does the food have to taste like shit, do they have to wake you every 3 or4 hours for pills/vitals or alarms (my IV arm always bends when I sleep!). And, I won't even go into the complications the catheter gives me! Romance her heart, tease her body, enjoy the company shared in bed n out! Treasure every moment spent together, in good times n bad! Cum visit my blog, you're always welcum! submokey Become a watcher! THINK PINK! |

Glad to have you catch us up on your progress.I sympathize with the catheter issues!! One of my long-term visits to the hospital got the food issue solved. There was nothing on my "select" menu that appealed to me so I turned it in blank except for iced tea and some fruit. The head dietitian cane to visit me and wanted to know how they could entice me to have a decent lunch. I told her I wanted a burger, rare, with provolone, no bread and a salad with Russian dressing on the side. It showed up 20 minutes later- simply perfect. So if you have to visit again, just ask for what you want and be specific. It works. Keep up the progress (Virtual Symposium Group) use Virtual Symposium Group
