This and most recent Christmas seasons have shown an evolution in our views of the season. There seems to be more on making this a more "Holiday" event, rather than a Christmas event. I do understand that there are many other celebrations this time of year. Although I do not participate, I am never offended if I am greeted with their greetings. After all, they are thoughtful enough to include me with something important to them. What does bother me is the attempt to marginalize a "Merry Christmas" greeting by insisting that Happy Holiday be used instead. Nope, I say!!! I celebrate Christmas and want to spread my greeting when appropriate as a sense of inclusion and respect. Have you noticed a push towards Happy Holidays and a push away from MERRY CHRISTMAS!

 If people are offended by merry Christmas the it's their problem. It's one thing if you know they are not christians but otherwise tough. I am offended I am told happy holidays. Political correctness or whatever bullshit it is.

If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

 It'll always be the big guys birthday to me.
If someone doesn't like that I certainly don't
considerate it a political thing.
I'll leave that to the hacks that put one
party over the other or that it's all the
presidents we've had that have
screwed up this country.
