Ladies, What's the Verdict on Kegel Balls

I purchased a set of Kegel balls on account of a hair trigger I seemed to have developed with the dispensary. Do they work to tighten the seals or anything else for that matter? I'd love a new trick as much as the next girl and would enjoy being able to grip like a vice on command, but my purposes are more practical. I'd appreciate anything of feedback including how, how often, duration, time elapsed to results, brands, whatever.

 I've done Kegel for 30 years so those 'geisha balls' or 'Ben Wa balls' didn't do a thing for me in the tightening part
And I got a heavy pair.

But... have used them before dates... the tiny vibration you get when having them inside is kind of workout or warming up
Not to mention the surprise factor when he notices them

In case you haven't been doing normal Kegel, start from there, add the balls later (check from the net, cleaning is one big thing when buying them, weight too).

It's fun... they do make you feel tighter when you are able to use the PV muscles right... use different rhythm... and strength... just play with a cock and see how he reacts
