唉！真的老花了

因為冬季癢又犯
回到去年調理不錯的中醫診所
又是如同去年的的囑咐
不要吃鴨肉、芋頭、南瓜、帶殼海鮮..........等
雖然老大不願意
但也是遵守個八成
今年覺得眼睛特別容易疲勞
看診時也反應這個情況
中醫師也幫忙加些補眼的劑方
也直接告訴我應該是現人的文明通病

本來也不太相信
可是今天看到丫福網友的自拍照～
居然把她看成是矽膠人偶！！
看來這老花還真的不是普通嚴重了
