And still waiting... I'm going to try not to turn a comment into a blog post about our system of government. But it seems timely to mention here that the ponderous pace of change is both our strength and our weakness. It appears on the surface that very little is being done to remove a dangerous president from office despite clear evidence, but that's how things work. There is accumulating data to support an eventual impeachment and trial. Statements like one from prominent psychiatrists identifying Trump as unfit for office are another brick in the wall that might eventually make up a preponderance of evidence that Trump is indeed unfit. Even though many of us think the fact is obvious, there's a long slow process that has to take place. It's frustrating, not to say maddening. If ever there were a need for haste, this situation demonstrates that need. Now is when we truly need the system to work as it was intended. I'm both skeptical and hopeful at the same time. my head exploded 56 days ago. now i'm reporting to my unpaid resistance work, and smiling when everyone says......finally this is it. because tbh, I don't understand how the man is still president. shrugs. I really do NOT understand. and stealing from McL.............all I can say is ........oh well. You cannot conceive the many without the one.

I love watching Trump disintegrate. It seems his foreign travels, despite his knack of pissing everyone off, are a temporary way of escaping his domestic problems. Before you know it, he'll be an internationalist!

Wow, ProfNot is really going apoplectic here! Could it be because he is finally beginning to realize that he voted for the most crooked and incompetent President in the history of the universe? YES! I would enjoy this more if I wasn't so concerned about the destruction our Cry-Baby-in-Chief is causing here at home and to our reputation world-wide. What a horrible train-wreck of a President!

There is a difference between well established media outlets that put a lot of effort and research into the stories they report, and the true fake news that has little to no sourcing, or is entirely the verbal vomit of a talking head trying to "take on a persona" for the sake of being controversial so they can ultimately make more money. The established media does NOT always get the story right, but usually they do. Like anyone else in any other job, the media has off days at work, they sometimes cut corners to meet deadlines, or they are under pressure to go with certain stories so their outlet can get more viewers or readers. While there is a place for elected officials to use social media so they can talk directly to the voters unfiltered, we have to also remember that elected officials of both parties have agendas for everything they say and do. Sometimes they omit key information, sometimes they mislead us, and sometimes they flat out lie to us. Therefore, the media keeping elected officials in check is essential to the integrity of the United States government. We should always be aware that the media is a filter of information. As such, we should watch multiple TV news networks, read multiple newspapers, and listen to AM radio... being sure to truly listen to what all points in the political spectrum have to say so that we as individuals can reach our own informed conclusions. Calling the media "fake news" is dangerous to the foundation of this country. Country always comes before party... sometimes people want there side to win so badly that they forget country is always first.

Which instance? The one where the Washington Swamp, the DNC and Media continue to push this Russian collusion propaganda when only Obama and Clinton are documented to have shady dealings with Russia. btw: All congressional hearings have cleared Trump of any wrong doing while implicating the Obama Administration in Nixon style ease dropping! Or, maybe you're talking about Trump Jr. emails where a British go between tells Jr., a Russian Government Agent has documents implicating Hillary Clinton in dirty dealings with the Russian Government. Boy would those docs be fun to have but its worth investigating Clinton. Perhaps you missed all the lies from Obama and Clinton! The first lie being ObamaCare and a $2,500 annual savings to get you behind the Democrats coup on the Insurance Industry. In the process premiums and deductibles tripled and Democrats gave $4B in subsidies to insurance companies - most of whom went broke or dropped out of the market. Maybe you missed the lie they told the world about Benghazi and a video verses the truth about a terrorist attack they discussed with family and friends the same night. Oh, that lie was uncovered by the FBI investigating a private server used for classified top secret information. And that server, it was found only when the State Department refused to turn over Clinton emails forcing investigators to look at email chains. And lets not forget the timing of this lie was just before the 2012 election so it was intended to influence the population and Presidential Vote. What about the six different lies disguised as excuses that evolved every time Clinton was proven to misled America about the presence and sending of classified, top secret information through and unsecured server. I could go on but the Russia story is hype. Obama knew about it long before the election and did nothing about it. Only after Trump won the election (with an overwhelming electoral vote) did Democrats try to turn the story around and blame Trump. If you're enjoying how Democrats and Media have been lying to you, in an effort to further divide the country, maybe you should get your head out of the dark orifice you sit on!

Trump is (and always has been) unfit to be the president. He is dumb as a rock, acts like a child, has no tact, only thinks about his (and his family's and friends' business interests, and appears to have worked with Russia to win the election.Any average voter that thought electing a Billionaire would "drain the swamp" just wasn't very smart. That's not to say it is impossible for any wealthy person to look out for the interests of middle and lower income Americans... it is just very unlikely. Even if a wealthy person elected to office has the best intentions, they simply do not know and truly understand the daily struggles of most Americans. We need to start having middle and lower class Americans run for elected office, and we all need to vote for them. All that being said, while I do not respect Mr. Trump, I do respect the office of the president of the United States. As such, I believe we all (regardless of party affiliation) should want to see each and every president do well. Let the special prosecutor do his investigation, and in the mean time, all of us should try to make America great... since Trump obviously just wants to make Russia great again. Sorry, I actually hate talking politics. I respect everyone's point of view. Even those who don't agree with me. I'm all for working together and finding common ground. All t
