A few years ago- might have been before your time- the site restricted standard members' email privileges. They couldn't read ANY emails, and those of us who were gold were plenty pissed that they couldn't read messages that WE sent to standards, rightly perceiving that it was a restriction of OUR privileges as well. The inevitable happened. The site didn't give a shit what we thought. They wanted to exert maximum pressure on horny men to buy a membership. There was quite a kerfuffle in the blogs, fat lot of good it did us. The only thing the site recognizes is the dollar sign, and along with that the threat of legal action. But as much as the site worships the almighty dollar they are not at all receptive to suggestions as to how they might more wisely and gently pursue it. It's a corporation. You can't talk sense to those greedy pricks. You gotta play their game unless you get the advantage on them. Become a member now and get a free tote bag.
