Is this something new?

Is this something new now? While on cam chatting. There seems to be a time limit then all of sudden you get kick out of cam. Being a non paying member cam is an option to chat without being charged. So, here you are having a descent chat and then your not without warning. Now, the person you were chatting with thinks you are rude?
