Now there was a huge debate for a lady said that she uses Coconut Oil for lube and it works quite well... Here are some of the things said about it: It is not good to use for lube as it causes High yeast in a woman It can give you an infection It is only used for Cooking It is use for cooking and in your hair do you agree to any of these? I am totally against as I am the one who said cooking I thank anyone who answers for their feedback |

I just started using coconut oil for my extremely dry hands. Works better then any lotion. Never tried it for anything else. As for lube I would do a search which might not help. When checking to see if it is good for skin some sites said yes and some no. Maybe try webmd or your doctor. Humans are the most dangerous animals on earth. If only animals had the ability to know when to keep away from us humans they would be better off.

Coconut oil has dozens and dozens of uses, not just for cooking. Personal lubrication is one of them, although there can be some drawbacks. Some women are more sensitive than others and the oil can cause some problems. But that doesn't happen to every woman. Some use it with no problems whatsoever. It is NOT a good lubrication to use with condoms that contain latex. Coconut oil has natural antibacterial and anti fungal properties, is a great skin and hair moisturizer, can help whiten teeth, helps with cholesterol, to name just a few of it's properties.

When you use lube for sex, you wash with soap and water when you're done. The women who get infections , don't wash after sex, like they should. they are stupid. And yes, coconut oil is good for cooking, and for your hair, and for your skin.

it's really up to the person but i personally would not use coconut oil as a lube... i would just stick to something water base one, not silicon base or oil base. not to mention, you can only use water base lube with condoms, as any kind of oil based lube including coconut oil would break down the rubber... just a thought, like i said before, to each his own...

Coconut oil great for anal functionally, and it's food grade, so it should be safe. As with most oil-based lube, that can compromise integrity of latex condoms causing breakage, so use non latex. It may be true that it can be a problem vaginally if it traps bacteria but not sure that is what causes a yeast infection
