千萬別想去控制一個人~~~~
不管是在愛情或人際的世界裡,
最怕的是想去掌控另一方,
分的清界線,了解目前的處境!
沒有人希望被操控的,
你是....我也是....
每個人都有自己的空間,
每個人都有自己的喜好,
我常常聽到有些人在說.....
那家店的東西不好吃!!
他做的那件事好差喔!!
然而我認為,
東西不是不好吃,而是不合乎你的口味!!
那別人去吃的都是傻瓜嗎??
一件事不是他做的差不差,
而是他的方法不適合你的想法,
但是他也完成了,只是過程裡周不周延而已!!
每個人都有建議權,但沒有支配權!!
就算是在公司團體裡,
你是上司,那是因為職位與紀律的因素,
而並非你就能為所欲為,
去控制一個人,或是全部的部門!!
耐心 細心 用心
那才會是人與人互動的動力與愉悅的泉源,
這個原則適用於多數的點,
那就是....真心與感動!!
