A Public Service?

I usually go to the gym, first thing every day and today, as it was so bloody cold, I went to the sauna afterwards, before braving the elements to go home again (I work from home). I am glad I did.
A couple whom I have known for a couple of years were in the pool and Brian often comes into the Sauna while his lovely slim wife Rachel likes to swim.
We were the only two people in the sauna after a short while and after the small talk, he asked me if I was easily offended. I said no, as I am a very down to earth type of person and can be quite blunt, so offence usually doesn't come near me in my book.
He explained (what I already knew) that he had retired early due to prostate cancer and that even though there was nothing physically wrong, he couldn't get hard, let alone ejaculate and the sexual tension had been building between him and Rachel. He asked me if I wouldn't mind seeing her each week to give her a good fucking. They had talked it over, and she had given him a short list of who she said she wouldn't mind going to bed with, and I was apparently at the top of the list. He blurted all this out and I thought it was a joke. I felt a little embarrased but when I realised (quickly) that he was serious, I said yes, when were they thinking of starting? Today? He asked.
I agreed and he scooted out to poolside and had a few words with Rachel and then they both came into the sauna. Rachel grinned and knelt on the bottom bench and put her arms on my shoulders and said "Thank you. I wanted it to be someone we knew rather than a stranger." And then she kissed me.
We went back to their house and Brian said that he would be downstairs reading a book, and to take our time. This was a bit weird, and a little sad, but Rachel is one sexy, slim lady and she had class.
After an hour and a quarter and my cuming three times(!) compared to her many, we descended the stairs and had a cup of tea with Brian. Nothing was said about our antics in their bedroom, and it was almost as if I had given her a lift home and dropped her off.
We set up a time for next week, and she has promised to dress up for me.
What could I say - I was just performing a public service.
