I think we'll need to see a picture of your butt and body to verify for ourselves if what L is saying it true or not. It's good advice to get a second opinion from another doctor, so I think this is a similar situation. However, some suggestions: 1. Sexercise 2. Cut down on starch (that includes sugar) 3. Cut down on any fried foods Good luck. Show us what you look like every couple of weeks so we can encourage you.

天吶,什麼間歇性斷食,從昨晚19:30到現在都沒吃東西快餓死了。工作又要大量用腦,根本無法思考啊啊啊...要等到11:30才能吃東西,哭哭了............ 我覺得我應該撐不過三天,哈哈哈!

Regarding your reply: 1. Yes, it's best to keep your sexercising to groups of just 5 people or less. When this pandemic is over, you can go full-orgy, no problem! 2. Not only decrease sugar, but most starchy foods: bread, rice, noodles, etc. Brown rice is better than white rice. Whole-grain bread is fine, but it's very hard to find here. 3. I'm sorry to say but, yes, fried foods have to go. Let me know if you need me to hold your hand and comfort you while you go through your withdrawal. Additionally, if you have a problem snacking, try switching to a handful of nuts & some dried fruit. This works. I lost about 5kg two years ago with this and a bit of cycling (but not a lot).
