whats up with all the fake cams from local locations?

we are a local couple from akron ohio that dont mind camming with others from time to time we definatly like watching local cams but when we open a cam with latin music and Speaking Spanish that cant respond to our chat well we guess its a pay vid thing so what cam sites out there cater to good open couples that dont want to be duped?
