your blog is exactly why IM is free no more, and should many do as you did... soon blogs will be accessible to paying members only.
i believe that snapp and skype have means for you to contact people. also take into consideration that any person reading your blog will think if this Herbigo44 guy won't spend a few point to contact me, then he is not worth a fuck!!!

Brovo!!! as a paying member($$) this action will make the site look at removing non paid from blogs. To put that much personal information up front is really against the sit's TOU any way..

And your opinion of (IM sucks) is just that, your opinion! And easy to see you have not been here enough to even make this guess.. IM works good for the ones that understand how to use it, There has to be someone on the other end willing to look at IM. other wise you are making a call into the blue of nothing..
