1. 每日限時斷食法 ( Daily time-restricting feeding):以每日為基準,每天可進食的時間窗口限制在8小時以內,有些甚至會更嚴格限制在7小時或者是6小時內。在進食窗口以外的16-18小時的時間內,除了喝水以外就不進食(或者至少不能進食會引起血糖波動的食物,例如喝茶或黑咖啡這類不影響血糖的東西基本上是允許的)。
2. 5 比 2 斷食法 (5:2 intermittent fasting):每週挑選不連續的兩天,在挑選的兩天中,只進食一餐,而且那一餐只吃 500-700 大卡。
