 I think when people [man or woman] recognize a person from a sex site [or any kind of social site], they would approach , but only if they were attracted to the person they see, and of course , if they are not shy.

Myself? Yes, I would approach, make conversation with you, talk about the site, etc...and wave bye, walk off with a boner [probably].

I have no interest in "making it" with "Couples" [MMF, or MFM] . Either situation registers as gay. Not my thing.

 I have only seen one person from here in a public setting, other than meet and greets, she was out with a date and she was really into their conversation so I didn't feel like I should impose. I do live in a rural area and there isn't much of a night life or social events. When there is it is just neighbors. Ha ha

 It would completely depend on the situation. I have seen someone from the site in public. But they were at work. So in that situation, I did not, as I did not find that to be appropriate. But in the right environment, sure, would likely say hi.
