To riff on Anthony Bourdain (RIP  ), I came into this community with "No Reservations". Indeed, as an inveterate traveler I have found that exploring terra incognita while bearing *expectations* creates myopia, prejudice and often smothers what might otherwise be an excellent adventure.If I wanted to sum up my experience so far, the headline would read, "Came for the sex-talk, stayed for the blogs". There is a terrific amount of good writing in this blogosphere, brilliant informed by its uninhibited sensibilities, which make for spirited and authentic conversation.

I rejoined the site because I had met some really great people in the past and I hoped too again, however, I more and more see how the best days for either the site or myself are behind me so now I mostly just chat with some people I know but will never meet Not the Whole Truth but the truth that I can see.

A old gf showed me this site close to 15 years ago, I found it interesting to read the profiles and it was sort of a way for people watching. I live out in the country and I don't get to town very often. I tried the paid member deal for a year but found that people in this area are mostly talk and not interested in meeting. Then I found the blogs, so I have been reading blogs, for 7-8 years. I enjoy what others think, and maybe I can learn a little bit. Anything worth doing is worth doing right

My wife decided about a year ago she was done with sex and of course I have no say. I haven’t even seen her naked in about 6 months now.
