(color blue) Honest question for the ladies (/color)

This has happened to me once in the past and sense then I have always wished for it to happen again.

So the question is this "why don't most females pursue what they desire. Hopping that he notices and takes action. Rather than going up to there desire and asking the desired person to follow them."

So maybe this is the wrong place to ask this question seeing as it is FSwRP and most people on the site know what they want to go after it. But the one time it has happened to me was amazing.

Just curious.

 So the question is why are more females not aggressively pursuing there companion?

Why don't they ask a man out that they want to date or take the initiative? Is it because most males would see this as a sign that she is wanting sex and go to far? Or that her hearts desire would see her as a slut (not a bad trait in my opinion) and not want to have any thing to do with her?
