life Well its been awhile since ive posted a blog on here so I thought well im not doing anything but sitting here listening to my othr half snore and listening to house on tv so why not post one. As you all know in june of this year my fiancee sustained a work injury, we had just gotten back from our vacation where we went to see my bestfriend in Myrtle Beach South Carolina when he fell out of his work truck and severly hurt his back and pratically shattered his tail bone. About a month later his work placed him on total temporary disability untill he was able to return to work full time and his full duties. In september he was sent back to work not at 100% but maybe 60%, the dr he had been seeing said he was at maxium medical improvement and could return to work no restrictions at all. He Worked about 3 weeks when he was basically set up buy his boss and the Human Resources rep from the co ne ways to make a long story short he reinjured his back while working and the same night when he returned from his daily route that night and went into his boss's office to tell him he had reinjured his back which in turn turned out to be a aggravation of the old injury he still had his boss informed him that he was placing him on a suspension pending a human resources investigation due to the situation that took place earlier on in the day where he was set up. On that mon we went back to the dr who was the orig treating workmans comp dr who had treated him in the beginning, after about a week went buy he got a phone call from his boss and two days later he recieved termination papers saying he was fired. Here it is decemeber and what a fight this has been were still fighting with the insurance co whos finally come to a amount of money they are wanting to settle for to get this over and done with. After about a month at almost hitting rock bottom where our money had gone dry they finally approved him for unemployment so here We are onced again in a situation that never seems to end |

that is terribly unfortunate! it sucks that companies can do that to hard working people. I sincerely hope your guy gets better and things in general work out. You wrote this back in Dec. and now it's going to be June. All the best and well wishes! resant
