my new pup Snickers is already not liking any one come around my place.
got him thurs and had people over this weekend - o what a wild time.
even tho i wanted them here - he did not. braking - growling - hair standing up on back every time they moved at all. did not like them in house or yard. since it was family and they come around often - got to let them here when ever. i know it will take time on that. but i know no stranger is going to get far once he is lose running the yard. i got him - going to be great training him better.

It all started last monday when my guard was acting funny. she did not want to move much or go outside. she was fine the day before. so since it was a crappy raining day- i keep a eye on what she did. wanted to lay around more then any thing. she didn't wanna eat but was drinking some. i figured she wasn't feeling well. done that before not eating. now tuesday comes around and she is the same way. moving slowly and not looking for attention. so i called my vet - they could get her on wed. not thinking any thing to bad and figured she was just under the weather. they looked her over at her appt. they wanted to draw some blood and run test. after all the test they ran came back - i got the worse news ever. was not even thinking she wasn't coming back home. she had limes really bad and her kidneys were failing shutting down. never thought i would have to put her down for a very long time - she was only 2 1/2. she took over as guard after my german shaperd was gone. now this week i have been looking to train a new guard for my place. found one i like and going to look at him tomorrow. i am looking at a dutch shaperd this time. there just as good as a german but less issues with there hips. love there look of the dutch so i hope all works out tomorrow.

dam did i get a wild wake call this a.m. at 2. my was going crazy barking and growling like mad. she was facing the door going out of her mind. i got her to back up - so i turned outside light on - cracked the door and low and be hold - dam black bear outside the door. she when crazy seeing it outside the door - thing looked at me and started off. i closed door and dam wanted out bad. so i reopened door- and let her out and i went out to. bear was gone - she kept barking tho to make sure. i looked a round - and it was all cuz i for got i left 1 on bowls out there w/some food in it. looks like this my be another year of seeing them dam things in the yard again like last. now on i better make sure i don't leave any food outside over night-lol.

last night i got the biggest shock ever. i was on the phone talk w/my in law when my phone beeped. glanced at it - wow a text from my oldest .
after phone call - looked at the text....it shocked the hell out of me.
6 days ago i sent her a text asking if i could get my grandson for the weekend of my birthday. he is always asking to come stay w/me and minnie (my dog ).
i figured since i had not hear anything since i sent text - i wouldnt get to see him or ever hear back from the . since i have never liked her hubby from the get go - that there would be no way in hell i would get grandson 4 the weekend.
now i guess i can start planing this to do for the weekend i will have him. i got 2 weeks to get it all figured out. my ever get to see the grand this weekend since i will be at my other place helping them fix a few things on there house.
can not say if it made my night or not - but it was a hell of a shocker lol

after the great weekend we had over x-mas. we are doing it again this weekend again. she will be hear around 4 or 5 today. Minnie loved her-now this weekend hope i can get Minnie to learn a few things better. 1-to mellow out while we are having sex. the more moaning and louder Bear got -Minnie got wild. she must of thought i was hurting her. 2- Minnie needs to learn that i get my side of the bed back if i get up during the night. the lil shit didnt want to give up the bed spot.
all in all we had a great weekend and made plans to be together again. for now we enjoy doing things together and spending time. now just have to watch what is going on for monday-snow coming. just like last weekend w/the icy rain we had.
dont need her heading home on bad roads-so gotta play it by eye again.

yesterday was a wild day. i had early x-mas plans w/family and my girls and grand . had to drive down to where i grew up. i dont go there very often. but when i do it is 4 some family thing. i stopped at a few stores there since i need a few things at home. so the last one i stopped at-got the things i needed and headed to check out. then i heard some1 calling my name. looked around and seen a old friend of my ex-wife. i forgot she worked there. last time i seen her as she was working was 6 yrs ago. my self and daughters stopped in there b4 we heading out hunting that yr. so i went to her check out line. said hi-asked how she was and so on. after she was done ringing my stuff up as i was paying. she asked if i still smoked and had a few min to talk. i said ya...she said that she was going on break in 5 min if i could wait and talk. i said sure. told her where i was parked and see her out there soon. the hole time thinking-wonder what she wants lol. so we had a smoke and talked-found out she was all alone this weekend no youngest home and her other 2 had other plans. her mom and dad where down south and not coming up. so i told her if she wanted to get away and not be alone-gave her my # and to call me. since i was not going any where and all i would be doing is wood the next few days b4 the snow comes. so said good bye and gave her a hug and left.
when on to my family thing. seen my youngest and her hubby. and she drought my oldest daughters w/them so i could see them. had a good time.
i left at 3 like i told every1 i was going to do. on my way home i called my oldest and thanked her 4 letting the come early so i could see them. talk w/she a lil bit. since i dont see them all that often.
so i just drove while listing to a good hard rock mixed cd....was about 20 miles from home when my phone went off. here it was the gal i ran in to earlier in the day. asking if i was serious about her coming up if she wanted to get away. told her yes i was-i wouldnt of said it or gave you my # if i didnt mean it. she said thats was great-cuz she wasnt sure or not. since we never spent a hole lot of time together b4 while we both were married or in school. so by the time we were done talking i was 5 miles left to where i live. she is coming up today after she gets off work at 2 and staying til mon some time. looks like this is going to be one wild holiday weekend around here. kind nervous but fine w/my decision i made when i told her to come on up if she wanted. geuss by the time weekend is over-i will know her alot better then i did b4 lol.

another holiday coming and going lol. i never have plans on them days since my go other places these days since there both married. this yr we are meet on the 22nd. so the weekend 4 me will be the same as it has been 4 the past 4 yrs.
i got hunting them days. since i bow hunt it goes til the 31st. i have been asked to come to place them days-but i enjoy going hunting instead. as long as i see my and grand before or after does not matter to me. but them days are all mine now. just a peaceful time out in the woods. hope ya'll enjoy your holidays.

yesterday got very strange of a day. i had been outside most of the morning moving wood around. came inside and looked at my phone. had a text on it from a ex that i haven't seen or heard from in 3 years. she wanted to know if she could stop by and see me. at 1st i didn't know want to say or even text back. so after a drink - thought want the hell. i sent text back say i didn't care if she stopped by - but i was not going to open the gate up 4 her. texted gate was unlocked and she just had to unchain it and open it up-if she really wanted to come over. so after that i didn't really think she would stop over....low and be hold 1 hour later a car pulled in. it was her-my was going crazy braking and running around since she didn't know the car lol. i went outside-told minnie to mellow down it was okay.
i went to car window and asked her why she need to see me so bad. was told she missed me-lol. i thought it was funny-so i said most not be going as good as you thought getting remarried to your ex. i was told nope. lol i said we can talk inside and that's all. told her to get out slow from car and stay close to me...ask why i said if minnie don't like you-theres no way your getting in the house no matter what. don't grab at me at all she will come after you. minnie was okay letting to house - but inside minnie kept braking and growling ... so i knew she wasn't okay w.it. we talked for a few hours and gave her a hug as she left. said would think on what she was asking. so far i have thought of any thing...very leary - since she lied to be so must b4 when we were together.

another year is here-one i dread every year. it's a bow hunters worst nightmare.
crazy asses out in woods w/guns. the last few year have sucked finding dumb asses in some of my stands. time 2 make sure i got plenty of 9mm shells on hand and clips full. get my asses from the cities thinking they can go on anyone's land. and 1/2 dont even know what a deer looks like. last year neighbor a mile a way lost a cow again. this is the time of year the stupid asses come out. not looking forward to this at all. hope every one has a good safe weekend.

not sure which it is right now lol.
was woke-up w/going crazy barking and up in bay window going nuts.
i looked outside and seen lights around my yard. all i could think was DAM IT - not again...so i put her training collar on her-so i could stop her if needed..lol
i let her out and grab the 20 ga...i see the lights moving fast and all over the place.
yhen i start hearing yelling - lol....i know dhe has some1 then. i listen and hear her going crazy and more yelling.
i go in shed and start my 6x6 and drive out of the yard looking - find them down outer driveway..guy on ground and all over him. i hit remote 4 her collar to stop her. i get off wheeler and ask - what the hell you doing here ?
we were looking around.
i said-didn't it mean to stay out when my gate is chained and locked up?
we climbed over it.
me-wheres the others w/you?
i don't know.
me-fine time to get some one here to take you a way.
so i garbed my phone to get sheriff out here.
gave dispatch what was going on and address -said i would go unlock my gate 4 them to drive right in.
me-told the guy on the ground to stay face down and don't move. i don't think you want round 2 w/the dog. told minnie to watch him. i left for the gate.
time i got down to my gate i could see lights flashing and heading my way.
unlocked gate and opened it up. head back up drive way.
sheriff got here fast. i talked to them and told them what was going on.
he loaded the guy in his car and took my statement and would get a hold me in a day or 2. told him this was the 1st time i had people climbing over gate and looking around here. told talk to him later. told minnie house and headed to house. what a night - if i wanted every tom , dick, and harry here i wouldn't have a locked gate on driveway.
well looks like i will have to take minnie to the DQ today for a great job she done. .

Dam wake-up this a.m and there is snow on the ground again. Dam it is April already. So sick of seeing snow. maybe it should be a relaxing day then. be nice if it would stay warm out.
