How to spot the fakes!

This Site is loaded with fake profiles of women. Most of them are intended to get your email address, so that you can start receiving spam from paysites. I suppose the person behind the fakes gets monetary credit for every sucker he or she lures to that site.
The fake profiles are usually of an attractive young woman who is totally nude, but the lighting and props are tip-offs that the photo came from a more professional site. Almost always, there is only one photo, it is a standard member, no friends, no bling, and a one or two sentence profile about how horny she is and how much she wants to fuck any man in site. If you respond, you get a note saying how horny she is, let's get together and fuck right now, and then it always includes the encoded email address intended to get you to respond from your own email.
Lately, the tactic has changed. Instead of a single photo, there are now two identical photos. Apparently the fraudsters learned that a single too-good-to-be-true photo was a tip-off that it's a fake profile.

I have a whole series of posts observations I will soon make on the fakes that rule this site, but this most recent one really hit my funny bone. Her profile stated this:
"Happily married doctors wife will play, but not interested in romance of ANY kind. If its sex you want, lets talk. ONLY mature, HIGHLY educated, sophisticated gentlemen that are fit need bother to contact me."
I responded accordingly. She wrote back:
"Im not sure you realize Im not interested in sex as friends and romance. I do like sex for an exchange/. If that interests you, let me know."
Well, at least it wasn't those fakes with too-good pictures that are only interested in harvesting email addresses so they can send you their 'profile' on a paysite....jeesh...!

Just curious, but when a lady is contacted by a man on this site, what is she expecting to read? What elicits the most favorable response? And what kind of pictures does she want to receive?
I'm just guessing here, but a simple "Wanna fuck?" is not going to garner a lot of positive responses. And I'm also guessing a gooey, long-winded, touchy-feely, vulnerable, emotional, flowery kind of greeting might be considered too fake.
How about something like "I love your photo(s) and your profile is intriguing. You seem like the kind of person I'd like to spend some quality time with. My name is Rocky and I'd like to meet you."
Or is there something else you're looking for...?
And what causes a gold or a silver member to simply not respond. Not even the courtesy of a "no thanks" or "good luck"...?
