i have this feeling in my loins

Yesterday afternoon I was released from the hospital after two day. I had swelling in my lower extremities.
LOL. after all that I just need to destress and exercise. move around. lol thank God it wasnt my heart.
time to stop talkin and start doing. anybody got some interesting ideas on how to keep exercise interesting and fun? and how to incorporate it into your busy day.. I hate normalcy and boredom.

Today I started a new hobby. Gardening. I planted the seeds a few weeks ago and today i transplanted them into tha ground. I did better than i thought i would. Funny though, I cant remember what I planted where! Oh well, time will tell.

Today was a good day. I hung pics by myself. And I was able to fix an item by myself with wood glue. home improvement aint too bad. anyway im kinda bored wit Local Sexy Swingers thats why i dont be on. no real activity. last nite i had a ball. i went out wit 2 friends to an after hours spot. i drank like a fish. not normal. i had no idea what the shot were we had in VIP. danced all night in my new heels too. i looked so sexy in them. and i was dancin really well. thanks to my for teachin me how to move my hips. lol. picture that. any way i probably have to change my profile since i been goin out and drinking now to say im a social drinker. damn... been a non drinker most of my life. well. better late than neva.

Yesterday was a good day. I was doing some experimentation in the kitchen and it turned out really well. I made Lemon-Lime Baked Fish(you'd be surprised of the secret ingredient,lol), and oven baked mixed vegetables wit lemon. You know to bring the tastes together. I also made Downhome Bread Pudding with Raisins, Pecans, Walnuts, N Almonds. HMMmm good! One day soon, I might sell dinners. My recipe for Chitterlings is to die for!! Tonite---Im going with an all seafood kick again. Im thinking seafood gumbo, seafood salad and crablegs and maybe cornbread or biscuits. something southern. maybe even cheddar bay biscuits like in Red Lobster. Yup, i think thats it.

3- thug in tha streetz but sweet in tha sheetz 4-roughneck
5- can handle his biz

8-smart intelligent, has a mind of his own, can think for himself
9- dont need a momma and not lookin for one
10- understands that i have my own mind, im not to be bossed around, bruised or abused

12- humourous, can see the funny side of any situation, cause i can
