　　“吊腳法”是受到男性普遍的歡迎﹐方法是女性仰臥和男性進行正常體位法﹐而男性在進行性運動時﹐慢慢將身體往上升起﹐拿捏時間和氣氛﹐將女性的腳往自己的身上放。此時陰莖呈九十度橫向插入﹐所以可以感覺到插入的深度。

　　當然﹐在正常體位法中先拔起陰莖﹐再抬起女性的腳也可以。

　　此時﹐可看見女性的性器官﹐藉由視覺帶來莫名的興奮。而女性則被凝視性器官而羞怯﹐但同樣會引發興奮感。

　　由於這種體位法陰莖可以插得很深入﹐再藉著性運動﹐女性努力的擺動中﹐以至於上下都可以回轉等﹐兩人都能享受性愛的樂趣﹐可是﹐對女性而言這是一種很不舒服的姿勢﹐尤其是陰莖插入後有異於其他體位的疼痛感。所以﹐男性不宜過於勉強女性進行這種體位法。其實﹐這種姿勢對男女雙方而言﹐都是很累的﹐必須在體能較佳的時候進行﹐也可以把它當成一種前戲。

　　利用女性扭腰的作用在嚴謹上可得滿分這種方式是從正常體位法衍生而成的﹐也有人認為是從前側體位法轉換而成﹐無論如何﹐都是配合當時的情況﹐轉換而至的。

　　方法是﹕先將女性的臀部移到床緣﹐用正常體位法將陰莖插入﹐此時﹐男性的小腿已經懸空﹐但是利用膝蓋支撐自己的身體﹐雙手抓住女性的兩只小腿做左右的交叉﹐如何交雙腳﹐則看男性的意願。由於陰莖和陰道的角度改變﹐而且能夠摩擦到陰道的側壁﹐異於正常方式的刺激產生了。又因為男性的腳在床上﹐性運動能毫無阻礙的進行。另外﹐由於是面對面的﹐所以可以乳房進行愛撫﹐更由於女方因腳交叉而緊閉陰道﹐所以強行伸入手去愛撫陰蒂也無不可。

　　如果女方扭腰痛苦﹐就暫時停止。反之﹐女性能適應並往後仰﹐則其聽變化﹐也是一種樂趣。

wow....... i just a simple guy whos live in a island who call Penang.every day only know how to work work work and work every thing give to the company .seen i left the compeny and open my own now i relly got time to enjoy my life.
seen life is going on but i fell something is missing inside me , after i hove my first time at the web and after we finish our fantasy the girl tell me that she got a boy frend and we just having fun only ,she said she like the way that trying all typ of man in her life and with out a relationship cos that is tired .she and her Bf is in a good conditlon and she don't want to change it .then i realize what is going on out side the world i know.
yes in life we only need one relationship and beside that life will get boring one day so we have to find a way to remane our own relationship
and don't get involved in another relationship that is a way too ...... sure beside that still got the other way .
i just wish those have the same thinking lonly and honry out there we can gather togather having fun and changeing experiances helping each other up
