I thought this was a grown and sexy adult site, but I see there are some confused people on here. I met some ladies on here and when we met, OMG it was something totally different. I wrote this poem because I'm truly against abuse towards women. I believe know men have the right to put his hands on any women, know matter if you married or single. To the men who out there hurting & abusing women, WAKE THE FUCK UP AND TO THE WOMEN WALK AWAY.
I once saw a wolf in preachers clothing
bare his fangs and attack his wife
this ravenous wolf slaughtered her self confidence
as if she were sheep
She was held captive by this predator
led astray by this carnivore
who gorged on her self esteem
and devoured her dignity as if it were Sunday dinner
He expected me to join his pack
make a male pact
he expected me to condone his disrespectful attack
sit back and agree that it's a wife's duty
to be submissive to her husband!
He claimed that a successful marriage
demands keeping your wife in check
he spoke as if the opposite sex
wasn't worthy of respect
He preached that a man's position is head of the home
he spoke as if the Bible gave him permission
to beat his wife into submission
I told him,
You need to quit calling yourself a Christian
and stop abusing your wife under the guise of religion!
I looked him straight in the eye and said,
No wonder why the divorce rate is at an all-time high
that diamond ring you put on your wife's finger
doesn't give you the right to demean her!

please stop using biblical scripture
to justify your wife's degradation
because I've read the good book
from Genesis to Revelations

anchored in respect
and based on dignity

If this world were mine
these are some of the gifts I would give every Black woman on Valentine
I would craft you a Valentines Day card in the heavens
then write your name in the clouds
I would include a line about how a Black woman's smile is brighter than the sunshine
I would decorate this card with a bow using the vivid colors of the rainbow
and seal it with a kiss from God
I would then present you with hills of chocolate covered strawberries
fields of sunflowers, tulips and daffodils
I would offer you rivers of overflowing Champaign
and waterfalls of Zinfandel
because a bouquets of long stemmed roses is simply not sufficient
to express my love and admiration for you!
